Ode to Escher earrings

One of the best galleries I've had the pleasure of visiting was the Escher museum in the Netherlands. Such an extensive collection delicately curated to honour the mathematical artistic genius that was M.C. Escher in his home land.

Through my course work as an educator, I was continually drawn to Escher for his cross over between art and math. His tessellation work was next level, and it gave birth to a series of uni projects aimed at teaching children the foundation of math in art.

These little earrings are designed to match the gecko tessellation brooch. Simple, elegant little geckos for your ears.

Studs measure 2.3 x 2.8 cm
Dangles measure 3.9 x 4.1 cm

Both are mounted on surgical steel earring stud posts/hooks.
